"The apartment was really well located, in good walking distance to about everywhere and thanks to the U-Bahn. Good shops around it to cater for ourselves and nice pubs and restaurants. It was nice to have everything you need - had even tried to find out where to wash my laundry - and you had it already covered in your notes! Damn.....loved also the quick and efficient handing over of the keys.

"To have a place to return to one could call "home" when visiting a city like Berlin is really great. No fuss of having to go to the hotel lobby or bar for a drink: a supermarket just around the corner for all shopping, but all the same one can go out for any meal! Really great!"

"When we arrived at the OTA offices we were met by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. She walked us to our apartment and gave us tips of where to go to eat and drink near by.
It was quite an effort to walk up to the third floor but worth it when we got to our clean, well decorated and well equipped apartment. The bathroom was large with a decent shower and the kitchen had all we needed, even coffee and teabags which I wasn't expecting for a self-catered apartment. Only downfall was the beds although incredibly comfortable I was expecting a double but got twin beds. We pushed them together but I quite often fell through the gap!
Great location, 1 min walk to the U-bahn and only one stop to the main area of Alexanderplatz and the apartment is situated 2 doors down from the higly recommended White Trash bar and restaurant which also has live music - book before you go as always packed. Food is more american than German but delicious! Strong cocktails too...
Overall a great little apartment which suited us down to the ground in a great location and excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again."

"We were 4 persons, traveling to Berlin! The apartment is very nice, everything what you need do you find there! There is a little kitchen, where you can cook something instead of spend a lot of money for food in restaurants! It is full equiped with all what you need to cook and they also have a little fridge!

The bathroom is very nice, with shower, WC and so on.

Its located near to the S-Bahn Station "Nordbahnhof" (just 1 Minute) and from there there are just 2 Stations to city center (Friedrichstraße). There is NO traffic noise in the apartment!

If you want to store your luggage, because you have to check out, it is possible to store it at Metzer Straße (just 15 Minutes by tram and metro (M10/U2)).

Our citytrip to Berlin was very cool and we will come back to Berlin and OTA Gartenstraße! "
