OTA-Berlin Gartenstraße 92

This modern building was built after the fall of the wall directly at Nordbahnhof train station just two stops north of Friedrichstr station and Potsdamer Platz. Nordbahnhof station is a main transportation hub with easy connections in all directions. The Tram also stops in the square in front of the station and is the easiest way to get to Prenzlauerberg and Hackesche Markt in a matter of minutes. The Berlin Wall as well as a Wall Museum are just 300 meters to the north of the
apartments and one hundred meters to the south is the public swimming pool for the district of Berlin Mitte. Due to the modern glass design all the apartments are sunny and bright and offer a spectacular view of the sunset. The building is also equipped with an elevator.
