Graffiti Berlin - OTA-Berlin Panda mit rosa Halstuch

This was sent by a French tourist who stayed at OTA-Berlin serviced apartments last weekend - May 2012. It could be something commercial but we have been unable to find anthing with this type of logo. If any of our readers can enlighten us as to what this means – if indeed anything – then please write and tell us. It might be a good idea for a women’s Ecological or Organic group……….or maybe not.
