Another well-known pianist visiting the Salon this week is the Berlin-based Japanese Emi Munakata, who on Saturday, 28.07. will give a piano recital at 20:30 h with a large program is: Rachmaninoff Sonata No.2 op.36, a big, long, heavy and overflowing of romance almost bursting work. It is for sure one of the most beautiful pieces of music literature in the genre of the piano sonata and because of the length and the technical difficulty to be mastered - performances are thus unfortunately very rare!
