Berlin Marathon – today the Berlin ‘Rainathon’ – has been won by Kenyan runner Patrick Makau

The Berlin Marathon – today the Berlin Rainathon – has been won by Kenyan runner Patrick Makau just – and really “just” ahead of his fellow Kenyan  Geoffrey Mutai.

It was really a sprint finish with just 2 secounds between winner and runner-up – 2hr-5min-8sec was his winning time and because of the rain no new world record.
