The Netherlands and Germany played to a scoreless draw in yesterday evening’s international friendly at the sold-out Amsterdam Arena Stadium.

The German national football team won their 3rd qualifier in their 2014 World Cup European group match in Dublin against Ireland this last Friday.

The runners-up team of last season’s Champions League – who lost on the slimmest of margins to Chelsea – the German team Bayern München won their opening fixture 2-1 over Valencia at their Allianz Arena.
