Yesterday’s edition of the highly influential and respected Munich daily newspaper, the ‘ Süddeutsche Zeitung’ carried an article by a Bremen law professor in which he states that parts of zu Guttenberg’s doctoral thesis had been taken from previously published articles authored by others. This all done without acknowledging the sources or their original authors.
