Our newest apartment building is located at the intersection of Metzer Strasse and Strassburger Strasse in Prenzlauer Berg, currently the trendiest Berlin neighborhood. The area around the water tower and Kollwitz Platz is ideal for walks through numerous small streets with typical Berlin flair and small shops, boutiques and galleries, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants.

Alexanderplatz and the TV Tower are only a few minutes away as is the historic boulevard "Unter den Linden" with the Museum Island and Brandenburg Gate.

The entire building was renovated and important details such as the French doors and the original wood floors were painstakingly restored. All apartments have been modernized and equipped with a new kitchen, bathroom with bath, bedrooms furnished with twin beds (that can be combined as a double bed upon request), flat-screen televisions and free wireless-internet access. The building has an elevator that takes you comfortably to your apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided.

All apartments in this building are named after Spanish composers.
