"“Definitely where I'll stay next time I go to Berlin”

I stayed here for two weeks last year and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect - very close to the central part of Berlin. It wasn't noisy, and I didn't hear the nearby clubs at all, even though I slept with the windows open. My apartment was clean and comfortable (and huge). The restaurant downstairs was delicious and cheap. The staff were pleasant and efficient, and went out of their way to be helpful - when they did my laundry, I asked them not to tumble dry some of my clothes, so they hung them up in the room to dry. The hotel is more-or-less opposite a supermarket, which was also convenient. There was also free wi-fi.

"The apartment was clean and well appointed. There was plenty of cooking equipment, and a coffee maker with coffee and tea provided. Whilst it was a studio apartment it appeared as if it was larger as the beds well in a discreet alcove area."

"I was upgraded to an amazing apartment on arrival. We were assured it was a nicer apartment than the one we had originally booked and in a nicer area so we went with it! So impressed, very close to the heart of the city, round the corner from a station, supermarket, cafes, bars clubs etc. and in immaculate condition, couldnt have asked for more! When the front door to the apartment building was faulty, I reported it and it got dealt with straight away and the staff also recommended places to go. Despite not getting the apartment I had originally earmarked due to a delay in setting up my paypal account, the team were very helpful and very prompt in their responses via email and phone. They made sure I received all additional information I requested and were very hands-on during my selection process. Well done guys, I'll be back!

""Apartment light , clean, well equiped and comfortable . Quiet considering its on / close too busy roads, but we were there over Easter. The space is just right for parents and boys 11 and 17 years on a city sight seeing break. Internet on line all the time ( we took laptops). The shower is part of the bath tap system not an independent shower unit but perfectly useable. Great location for getting about. Underground and Tram stop both two mins walk away. Undergound stop is 5 mins from Friedrichstraße stop. 3 or 4 good local restaurants, large and small supermarkets, bakery downstairs for fresh breakfast croissant Mon - Friday. We had a great time and would use this apartment again. "

"Correspond tout à fait à ce qu'on cherchait
La chambre était propre, il y avait télé, internet par WIFI, une cuisine complète avec four micro-ondes, cafetière... Bref très complet. Le personnel (qui se limitait à donner les clefs et récupérer tout argent (caution, loyer)) était agréable, a passé un peu de temps pour nous expliquer les règles et nous montrer l'appartement. "

"I found this apartment excellent. The location was great, very central and right beside the metro. The apartment was lovely inside and it had everything we needed. It is located beside lots of bars and restaurants, so great for going out, although it isn't noisy. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was really easy to find. Highly recommended! "Apartment was really clean, light and airy and really comfy beds.
Great location in Prenzlauer Berg. Easy to walk 5mins to local bars, cafes, shops etc, but still a quiet location. U bahn only 2mins walk away (U2 line). OTA office located on ground floor so staff were able to help us with queries and look after our luggage on final day.
And there is a lift so no worries with the stairs, being on the 4th floor!
A really convenient place to stay for a City Break, would definitely recommend it. "

"Lovely apartment, with everything you need, sparkling clean, charming building in Prenzlauer Berg.
This apartment is named after Paco de Lucia. It has two bedrooms with two beds in each, matresses are new and very good. The living room sofa can also be used as a bed. The apartment is on the top floor in a charming building, with elevator. Nice rooftop terrace. The building has just been renovated. The apartment was very clean and fresh but moderately decorated. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom exellent, with a tub. Big tv, free wifi. The Metzer Strasse is quiet but in the neighbourhood there are lots of restaurants and shops. The U-bahn station Senefelder Platz is conveniently on the next corner. OTA-Berlin has an office in the Metzer Strasse building. Staff was very friendly. We could keep our bags in the office on the departure day. The apartment is perfect for family, small group or two couples travelling together. "

"We loved the location-convenient to trams and subways;supermarket; a playground and restaurants. The apartment was in a a real neighborhood and very quiet - so good sleeping at night. The apartment size was perfect for a pair of grandparents and an eleven year old and a six year old and we loved that it was in an old building and that is was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We also loved reading about Viktor Ullman, the man whom the apartment was named after. Your staff was welcoming, professional and very helpful."
