"The service provided from start to finish was one of the best I have encountered. The apartments were of a 5* standard and really good value for money. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much bother. The location of the apartments are perfect for a stay in Berlin with plenty of amenities in the neighbourhood and a short walk to Alexanderplatz. "

"OTA's Sabicas apartment on Metzer Strasse is an incredible place to stay. Aside from being gorgeous, modern, and spacious, it is located right in the middle of all of the action in Prenzlauer Berg. Minutes away are fun, trendy, and delicious bars, cafes, and restaurants. And if you want to see the sights of Berlin, Museum Island, Berliner Dom, and Unter Der Linten are all within walking distance. "

Our apartment was well equipped, secure and confortable. We got an apartment close to the main area and we were able to explore Berlin easily. "“Great location, great price, great apartment.”
Just returned home from 4 days in one of the OTA Berlin apartments, and was thoroughly impressed. There were 7 of us in an 8 bed apartment. It was in an immaculate condition when we arrived, there were staff in the offices every day during our stay, and they were always helpful and friendly. The location was brilliant, with loads of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance, and only a 3 minute walk from the U-Bahn.
The price was brilliant value, and I'd have no hesitation in booking again.

"“Definitely where I'll stay next time I go to Berlin”

I stayed here for two weeks last year and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect - very close to the central part of Berlin. It wasn't noisy, and I didn't hear the nearby clubs at all, even though I slept with the windows open. My apartment was clean and comfortable (and huge). The restaurant downstairs was delicious and cheap. The staff were pleasant and efficient, and went out of their way to be helpful - when they did my laundry, I asked them not to tumble dry some of my clothes, so they hung them up in the room to dry. The hotel is more-or-less opposite a supermarket, which was also convenient. There was also free wi-fi.

"The apartment was clean and well appointed. There was plenty of cooking equipment, and a coffee maker with coffee and tea provided. Whilst it was a studio apartment it appeared as if it was larger as the beds well in a discreet alcove area."
