4 flights up, no lift but hey! helped to burn the calories after good food and wine, all on the doorstep of accommodation. A cold weekend in Berlin, but was a delight to come back to a cosy well equipped appartment. Could move in permanantly, loved the city and my appartment. Close to subway,lots of choice for eating close by and very friendly helpful staff. "

"My wife and I were celebrating my 60th birthday. We had never been to Germany before and I was keen to practise my german language. The staff were very helpful. The room was basic but clean with all the amenities we required. We had read other reviews and were aware there could be problems with noise. We did not encounter this although we could understand it possible if you had noisy neighbours. Would definitely go again. "
