What is the cancellation policy?

For the Non-Refundable Rate the booked apartment cannot be cancelled. The full reservation amount will be charged instantly to the provided credit card.
For the Standard Rate the booked apartment can be cancelled and the policy is:

• 8 or more days before arrival: free of charge
• 7 to 1 days before arrival: 30%
• On the day of arrival or not showing up: 100%

Can I check in early?

If the apartment is not reserved the night before you arrive, you may check in after 9:00 (10:00 on weekends).

Can I depart late?

The apartment must be vacated by 11am. However you can store your luggage in our office if you have a later flight.

How does a late arrival work?

You may arrive at any time. Please note: there is a 20,-EUR late check-in fee for arrivals after 21:00.

How far is it to the next train/subway stop?

All of our apartments are no more than a seven minute walk from the nearest train/subway stop.

Can I park in front of the apartment building?

Your apartment is located in the inner city of Berlin. There is pay parking available on the street (Mo-Sa, 9-24:00; 1,-EUR/hour) or a parking garage nearby (Mo-Sa; 20,-EUR/day). The nearest free parking on the street is about a kilometer away from the apartment building. We have a limited number of parking vignettes which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis (no reservations). They cost 5,-EUR/day plus a refundable 100,-EUR cash deposit.

Do I need an environmental-zone sticker for my car?

Your apartment is located in the inner city of Berlin. You are required to have an environmental-zone sticker (Umweltplakette) for your car to drive or park in the Berlin city center. Is there internet in the apartment? How much does it cost?

There is free wireless-internet available in your apartment. You can receive the necessary access codes from our staff when you arrive.

Do you provide linen and towels?

Yes, both will be in the apartment.

Is there a hair dryer in the apartment?

Yes, there is a hair dryer in all apartments.

Can I store my luggage in your office?

Yes you can, but only during opening hours.
