"I love the location of the apartments they are so easy to get to and in an amazing district which caters to all needs restaurants shopping and night life. I love that you can be as independent as you want with the freedom to come and go as and when you please I couldn't recommend staying here any higher if you plan to visit Berlin."

The location was a big plus as it was right near to the bus/tram station as well as the Metro. The staff was also very friendly and helped us even in between the course of our stay. "The appartment was really nice, with plenty of room for all six of us. It was located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood very close to Alexander Platz, and with several grocery stores nearby. We had no difficulties finding a parking lot during our stay, no matter what time of the day (or night) we arrived. The staff (the office was in the same building) were really kind and helpfull. We look forward to coming back and stay with OTA-Berlin the next time we're going to Berlin."

"We stayed here for 9 nights w/our 3 children (ages 6-11) at the end of Aug into early Sept. We are NYers and wanted to get a feel for Berlin without staying in a hotel. I would recommend this Metzer Strasse Old Town Apartments (OTA) without reservation. The apartment was very clean and it was wonderful to have a kitchen (minus oven) stocked w/plenty of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots and pans. There was also coffee and tea. Rewe Supermarket is only 2 blocks away on Schonhauser Allee and has everything you could need for a stay. Hotel breakfasts are generally overrated and you have to pay for the other meals anyway, so we stocked up on some German breads and cereals and everyone was happy... We were able to make dinner in the apartment some nights, which was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing, not having to get cleaned up for a dinner out at a nice restaurant. However, there were plenty of restaurants with many types of cuisines within a 5 block radius of the apartment. Also, the OTA-Metzer Strasse staff was incredibly helpful... Metzer Str is a lovely block and very close to Alex Platz... We loved our time in Berlin and at the OTA apartment. The kids and we talk about our trip often and remember it so fondly that when we go back to Berlin (hopefully sooner rather than later) we will stay at OTA again!

"Una excelente opción para una estadía en Berlín. Un hermoso edificio histórico en un agradable entorno urbano muy bien ubicado, con buenas conexiones de transporte en Metro y tranvía, (cuando reservas en su página web, además de obtener un mejor precio en la estadía, también te obsequian dos tickets para el transporte público), estando además a una corta caminata de Alexanderplatz.
Una linda zona residencial, con un Supermercado Bio a 100 metros del hotel y un Supermercado REWE con una amplia variedad y buenos precios a unos 200 metros de distancia y una pequeña tienda en la planta baja y gran cantidad de lugares de aparcamiento de pago a lo largo de la calle.
El apartamento muy amplio y agradablemente decorado que uno puede sentirse como en casa, con una cocina equipada con todo lo necesario.
Los jóvenes de la recepción son muy serviciales y atentos, y puedes comunicarte tanto en ingles como en español, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para los hispanoparlantes.
Nuestra familia y yo tuvimos dificultades con nuestro vuelo aéreo retrasado y llegamos dos días después de la fecha del check- in, y con una simple comunicación por email ellos amablemente le entregaron las llaves a otro familiar que pudo llegar a tiempo e incluso fueron muy flexibles con la hora de salida, comprendiendo los inconvenientes por los que habíamos pasado y nos extendieron el check-out hasta la tarde sin costo adicional.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente y por supuesto que volveré cuando regrese a Berlín. Fantástico!!! "

"I stayed in this apartment last weekend. And I must say it exceeded my expectations. The kitchen, living, bedrooms, and bathroom were much larger than I expected them to be. The kitchen was fully stocked (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, plates, cuttlery etc..., it even included washing liquid and sponge which I was not expecting).

The internet worked fine! they provided towels! and its clean and modern.

The apartments also have huge character windows which I loved.
The location was also spot on, close to everything and the supermarket is very close.
My only complaint is that I didn't like the shower head, but I'm being a bit particular on this one.

I highly recommend staying here and I would def stay again"

"The apartment was spacious and had everything you could want. It was very clean and there was tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen. We were given a room on the 4th floor when we said that we wanted peace and quiet and were assured that there was always someone available 24 hours if needed.
