Our floating home offers a very special holiday experience. FLODD combines a stylish apartment with artistic flair and the unique feeling of living on water. Living in the city, you have the peace and quiet otherwise only found in the countryside.

The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with light. From the wooden deck you have a view of the television tower at Alexanderplatz and can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The water-resistant lounge cushions can be taken outside and used on the terrace.

Up to four guests can share the two large rooms - one with an open kitchen, lounge area and double-bed, the other a double-bed and bathroom with a shower. In addition to a flat-screen television there is an iPod docking station, so you can bring your favorite music with you. The kitchen is equipped with all you need, including a coffee machine, stove, microwave and dish washer. Bed linens and towels are provided.

The floating home is located in the Rummelsburger Bucht, a cove in the Spree river, where you can swim in the summer and ice-skate in the winter. The path adjacent to the harbor leads to several cozy spots along the water. »
