For all Hotel and Hostel room reservations booked with the refundable rate, we will grant a free cancellation until 18:00 on the day of arrival.

For Apartments, the refundable rate includes a free cancellation period until 7 days before the arrival (30% cancellation fee 6 days or less before the arrival day)
